Typischerweise, we manufacture 2-story carousels in the following steps. During the production period, you can request an update on the production progress at any time.

Erste, the preparation of raw materials. Including the steel materials, motor, Frp, LED, ABS, PVC, electricity system, usw, we will prepare these raw materials according to the list.

Zweite, steel frame welding. The welding process has high precision requirements. And our technicians have rich experience of more than 10 Jahre.

Dritte, Frp horse production. If there is the a corresponding horse moulding in our factory, this step will be finished faster. We have independent FRP workshop.

Vierte, polishing and painting. From polish, painting, to re-polish and baking painting, we pursue the high quality of each carousel ride component.

Fünfte, decoration production. After finishing the main components of the carousel ride, we will build the decorative parts, like cornice, center pillar, LED -Leuchten, usw.
