Most of our clients who buy our double decker carousel rides always ask such question: how long does it take to build a double decker carousel? Because the production cycle relates to whether they can start their business on time. At Dinis Manufacturer, building a two story carousel ride needs about 40-60 days. There are standard production processes in our factory, and the detailed production cycle depends on many factors.

6 Production Processes of A Two-story Carousel Ride at Dinis Factory

Typically, we manufacture 2-story carousels in the following steps. During the production period, you can request an update on the production progress at any time.

第一的, the preparation of raw materials. Including the steel materials, motor, frp, 引領, ABS, PVC, electricity system, ETC, we will prepare these raw materials according to the list.

第二, steel frame welding. The welding process has high precision requirements. And our technicians have rich experience of more than 10 年.

第三, frp horse production. If there is the a corresponding horse moulding in our factory, this step will be finished faster. We have independent FRP workshop.

Fourth, polishing and painting. From polish, painting, to re-polish and baking painting, we pursue the high quality of each carousel ride component.

Fifth, decoration production. After finishing the main components of the carousel ride, we will build the decorative parts, like cornice, center pillar, LED燈, ETC.

Finally, assembly and factory test. After production, we assemble all of these components together. Then do a series of safety tests, such as the fully-loading test in our testing areas.
